My husband and I were looking for a used vehicle and we had the most positive experience at Walser Roseville. We worked with Nick, and he was so great to us. Really was patient, answered all of our millions of questions and helped us test drive 4 cars. He even showed us one that we never would have looked at in the first place...and that was the one we ended up buying. We loved that the general manager came out to talk to us personally and thank us for being there. It just felt like such a friendly environment. They aren't pushy whatsoever. They were genuinely concerned about what the right decision was for us. It was such a refreshing car buying experience. Thanks Nick, and the team at Roseville Walser for a wonderful customer service experience!! We love our new car!
