I originally bought a cub cadet at Home Depot and ended up having to go back 3 times before I finally threw a FIT until they gave me my money back. A friend of mine suggested Kerry's and I had a great experience - they actually knew what they were talking about. They even put the thing together unlike the first piece of junk I'd gotten at home depot that was falling apart. I've had my machine for a little over a year and have had it back to Kerry's once so far for maintenance. It came back cleaned up nice and running like new. Every time I've had to call the ladies on the phone are pleasant and everyone there seems to actually know what they're talking about. I like to support local businesses, especially right now with the way our economy is and this is a great locally-owned place to shop.
