My husband and I stay at this hotel off and on but I must say that it has changed in the past few months and not for the better. I wonder if they even have a housekeeping staff because the cleaning of our room was so hit and miss during our stay. I do not think emptying trash and leaving fresh towels is too hard. Also, the entrance has a stale odor and needs tidying up. Also, I was shocked that I was unable to download or print because they do not have Acrobat Reader on the business center computers. How basic and FREE is having Adobe Acrobat Reader. Come on! The worst part of all is that we were assigned to a nonsmoking room but there are smoking rooms in this hotel and the smoke odor seeps into other rooms and onto other floors. Management does not seem to care about fixing any of these problems as I have voiced my complaints in the past. It is in a great location but I am sorry to say that I have not gotten the service that I used to and will be staying elsewhere. Think twice about staying here.
