Shapes Total Fitness is a great place to go if you want to get in shape or if you want to stay fit. They offer many different machines to work out on as well as many different classes to take like Yoga or aerobics. No matter your age, young or not so young, you are welcome here. The trainers are great and personable. The rates vary depending on what you sign up for.
