Review content:
Our experience with LaFata was horrible. We choose them because of their reputation for quality cabinets and installers. The only part of the job that occurred as promised was when owner and installers came out the first day to start the job....which coincidentally he picked up a check for 90% of the job total that first day....from then on it was a nightmare with the installers arguing with the salesperson and designers as to how they we're to get the plans drawn by them to work...the 1st installer quit 1/2 way throught the job and the 2nd crew voiced the same concerns as the original installers...long delays and subpar work...called the owner 4 seperate times to have him come out and fix the mistakes...2 cancelled appointments and finally a call back 4 months later to remedy problems....2nd generation of owners are living off the hard work and reputation of their parents....what a shame...do yourself a favor and get another company to do your work...over priced and service is poor....M.D.
