Review content:
As a result of finding a inoperable Cancerous Tumor during exploritory surgery, I had my large (130#) Husky Mix, "CJ", uthanized at South Seattle Animal Hospital on 9/12/2012.I agreed to use Pet Haven for private cremation upon South Seattle's suggestion and South Seattle charged me $250 (and paid P.H. significantly less) My friend, companion of 10 years was wrapped with two large black plastic GARBAGE/REFUSE bags and left on the floor of South Seattle Animal Hosp for 7/8 hrs before Lewis Clarke from Pet Haven picked him up. I subsequently spoke with Lewis Clarke that Monday evening. He invited me to Pet Haven the next day at 11AM to view/see/visit CJ before the cremation.I am at a loss to understand why Louis Clarke/Pet Haven would invite me to view/visit/see my friend for the final time, AND not have the decency, good sense, or intelligence to remove the GARBAGE BAGS covering his lifeless body & cover with a simple inexpensive bed sheet ?????The actual cremation was fine!!!!!
