I went in for a pedicure which took real long, but the end result was ok. Then I had a trim, the gentleman tried using dirty combes on my hair. My mother is a retiered stylist and I remember her always cleaning her tools before and after every cut. I asked this guy to clean his tools and he told me they were clean. I told him they were not clean since there was still hair in the comb from the last person. I had him sanitize them which is standard. Then I asked him to trim my hair just to take off the split ends. He starting layering my hair. I had to tell him to stop and he called for help. The lady asked what I wanted and I told her just a trim she said ok your done. Most people in there don't speak english, so trying to communicate is difficult. unless you speak there dialog. I will not go back there! Pros: none Cons: language barrier, lack of skills, no leader. students seem to be on there own.
