I was a random walk in waiting for my red eye home and was fortunate to have stumbled upon this salon. William is wonderful! He took the time to create a style that is great for both my work and social life (not an easy balance), and I literally told him to do whatever he thought was best. Almost more importantly, it's been a style I can recreate myself. An accomplishment unto itself! I'm happy with the style, and my brutally honest coworkers and friends have also been really complimentary :).
Overall, I was really impressed with his talent and concern about both the style and my own capacity to recreate (as well as my morning time limitations).
Finally, not only did I get a great haircut/style, but William was a delight to talk to during the session. While we all know that a good cut is the goal, it's really nice to have a fun experience while sitting around in a smock.
Looks like I'll be getting my haircut on the west coast from now on, thanks!
