I have been going to the new noelle for 4 years now!! what a difference the staff is so sweet and you feel like a member of their family everytime you walk in the door! Amy is my colorist she does gorgeous blonde high lights and lightens my base. I look forward to my apointments with Amy she is the sweetest person and turns out the best work. ps the prices are a steal!!!
