Review content:
Run, don't walk from Bill Pearce Motors! I have purchased two BMW's from this dealership. I had hoped in 10+ years, their customer service would have improved but it hasn't...fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. So, if you're foolish enough to make a purchase, get EVERYTHING in writing beforehand; do not trust a word that comes out of any Client Advisor's mouth. I had various items that were "included in the price" of the vehicle but while signing on the dotted line, I was told otherwise. Unfortunately, my vehicle is currently under warranty, so I'm reluctant to list any customer service-related specifics at this time for fear of retaliation (stay tuned for the real dirt in a few years...I'm keeping a log). But then again, once you walk out their front door, keys in hand, you’re no longer a customer. In their $$-soaked eyes, you’re just a sucker; which isn’t a good business plan. I was lucky to have first-hand dealings with the real Bill Pearce when he was alive. He was a very nice man who took pride in his namesake businesses and would be appalled by how this one's being run today. It's truly unfortunate that his good name is being "soiled" by the arrogance of the staff at this dealership but obviously his daughter and son-in-law condone it. Mark my words, when time comes to replace my "Ultimate Driving Machine” (or even the 911 Turbo), Bill Pearce Motors will not be an option. I will NEVER and I mean NEVER do business with this dealership again. So, if the review(s) of their customer service isn't scary enough for any potential buyer, the prices should be. The costs of their vehicles are through the roof; but then again, someone's got to pay for that fancy, new, state-of-the-art, multi-million dollar facility (that never should have been built but everyone knows that poor business decisions make poor business operators). Therefore, if going to Europe or over the hill aren’t options for you, just remember these three words: consider yourself warned!
