I wish I read the reviews before going in!
They video record you during your appointment, take pictures of you, and record your conversations without telling you.
I was promised that I would look like the picture I brought in. I told her I get hot roots so she needs to treat my roots to make sure they don't go red. She told me that the color that she was putting on wouldn't make me go red..
Now I have bad hot roots, and my color is uneven.
I kept asking her what she can do to fix it. She then laughed at me and said that there was no red in my hair and kept arguing with me.
I went in to another salon and asked another hair stylist about my hair. They told me that I do have hot roots, my hair is red and uneven, and it needs a color corrector.
They wont give me a refund.
My hair looks bad, and now I don't have the money to get if fixed.
