I DID NOT RECEIVE THE WECLOME AT THIS DEALER. I THOUGHT SOMEONE INTERESTED IN SPENDING 50,000 ON A TRUCK WOULD BE TREATED KINDLY. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE. WHEN I ARRIVED, 3 SALEMEN WERE AROUND MY CAR BEFORE I EVEN STEPPED OUT. THEN TWO OF THEM STARTED ARGUING WHO SAW ME FIRST AND USED VERY BAD LANGUAGE IN FRONT OF MY WIFE AND KIDS. I LOOKED AT A 2 TRUCKS AND THEN THE SALESMAN (WHO DIDNT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT TRUCKS) ASKED IF I WAS GOING TO BUY TODAY. I REPLIED THAT I WOULD BE READY IN A WEEK. HE THEN SAID TO ME" THEN WHY ARE YOU HERE TODAY? WHY DONT YOU COME BACK NEXT WEEK?? "MY WIFE WAS OFFENDED AND WENT BACK TO OUR CAR. WHEN WE WERE LEAVING, SOME OTHER ASIAN GUY CALLING HIMSELF A MANAGER TOLD US THIS IS WHY WE DONT SELL TO PEOPLE LIKE YOU. WELL THIS IS WHY I BOUGHT MY TRUCK AT HARTZHEIM DODGE IN SAN JOSE.
