Review content:
Please note that my review is strictly in regards to the nail services at Hair Sensations - I am not speaking for any other services that they provide. I went here a couple of months ago and got my nails done by Nicole for a wedding. I had a full acrylic set put on by her. During my appointment, she was very unattentive; talking to all the other staff and not really focusing on me - her client. Because she was distracted and not really watching what she was doing, she nicked my cuticle. I said OW! and pulled my hand back and she quickly wiped it with cotton and kept working without even apologizing. She finally finished and I left as a rather unhappy customer. I became even more livid a couple of weeks later when I developed discoloration under one of my nails. I went to the doctor and they told me that I had nail fungus and they guaranteed me that it was caused when my cuticle was nicked while getting my nails done. I immediately tried to contact Nicole, but have still had no return phone call to date. I don't even want to go in there to deal with it. I wound up losing half of my nail and it's still growing back. Please note, this is THE ONLY time I ever got my nails done, so there is no chance that this came from anywhere else. I would not make these allegations if I wasn't certain that it was her fault. I've since been advised that any tools should come out of a sterile jar, which did not happen when I was there.
BEWARE!!!!
Pros: none whatsoever
Cons: the entire experience
