We lived here for a year and a half. The leasing office staff changed 3 times while we were here.( you can’t build a relationship with anyone and they don’t care! We paid our rent on time all the time- never late-) Our water bill was $135-145 per month!!! You would call the office and they wouldn't do anything. They just tell you to call the water company. I called the water company and they said that what they do is just take the amount of water that is used and divide it up by the units in the apartment complex. After this they divide it up by how many people you have in the apartment. So if I was running 3 loads of laundry a week and the lady down the street washes 40 loads of laundry or wants to take 14 showers a week.. I’m paying for it! That is a total SCAM! DO NOT MOVE HERE. Find a better place to live and pay for what you use!!!
