This company has the worst guys. I have had plumbers before and I know the deal. This guy told me I have tree roots in my pipe and need it to be replaced for $3800!!!!! I called another company that my neighbor had used. They put a camera down my sewer, guess what? no roots!! I am so angry! They charged me $985.00 to clear my sewer and told me how hard it was. The good guy didn't even charge me for the camera job. Wow from so bad to so good? Needless to say I will never use MR. ROOTER EVER! I called their office and they aren't here, they're in L.A California. I asked for a refund and can't get to talk to a manager! That was two weeks ago. Kiss that money good bye.
