I have been living here for 10 months and can't wait to move when my lease is up in 2 months. I hate that I am sitting in this community as I type this. When we moved in we were unable to get any curtains or pictures on the walls because the walls are so cheaply made a nail or screw will not hold in the wall, it just falls out so we have up no decorations or curtains. There has been several cars broken into around the parking lots, also they only have a few parking spaces and definitely not enough for all the residents, it is very rare that you get to even park near your apartment, so if you come in at night past 5pm you most likely will park far away and not be able to see your car to see if someone is breaking into it which happens alot here, they now say they have some security but I never see him and its not like he keeps cars from getting broke into.They have a gym which stays so hot you don't want to workout in it, most things in their the computers are out on so you can't see your speed,distance, or calories burned.Also in the 10 months living here my air went out,we went 2 days living with the windows open not to mention I was pregnant they didn't care.The garbage disposal went out at 9pm and my sink overflooded and they acted like they couldn't come fix it til the next day, and I have a baby I had to use my kitchen sink for bottles.My toilet went out and flooded the bathroom and backedup poop all over the bathroom,they replaced my toilet but left the old toilet outside my apartment door for over a month ewwwww, but when my blinds got a little bent in the corner the wrote a letter and put on my door demanding that I better have it fixed within 1 week or they would charge me 35.00.Also they were suppose to repair my bathroom floor 4 months ago when they fixed the toilet but I haven't seen them fix that yet. The noise here is horrible, people drive by blowing horns all night,loud rap music shaking the windows, and you can hear your neighboors through the hollow walls that won't even hold a nail they are so thin and cheap. They way the floorplan is set up it is hard and sometimes impossible to get furniture into the 2nd bedroom because of the hallway being so narrow and short, you can't get a dresser into the 2nd bedroom.last the living space is sooo small 800 square feet about and isn't worth 1000.00 a month rent, Please stay far from this place! I wouldn't renew my contract here even if they let me stay half off or even 75% off its not worth it, I am a happy person and living here always finds a way to ruin my day and get me to cussing and angry real quick.
Pros: nice maintenace guy
Cons: NO parking, roaches,spider,hollow walls,loud neighborhood
