Review content:
I called the salon desperate to have my color corrected--it was RUINED by an inept stylist at a supposedly high -end salon (Carlton) in MV mall. My naturally medium blond hair had dark blackish patches in the front, bright yellow roots and uneven color all over. After I explained to the very friendly receptionist that I started a new job on Monday, she fit me in on Friday afternoon. My stylist Brittany was so sweet! She consulted with me and another colorist to figure out the best plan that would give me better color without frying my hair. She put in a deep conditioner, multicolored highlights and a golden wash. I went in looking like a freaky home coloring "don't" and left a couple hours later with smooth, shiny dark blond, sun-streaked hair, even all over. A huge bonus was the reasonable charge of $145. I know other salons charge upwards of $200 for color correction like this. Brittany told me the charges up front so there was no anxiety about the bill as she worked. Everyone in the salon was cheery and supportive. I will definitely go back to Brittany FOREVER and I will recommend this salon to everyone I know. The owners should be proud of their employees--they are ALL professional, polite and competent and make that salon exactly the way a salon should be. I LOVE IT!
