Bad: I came in with a coupon sheet that I received from another business in their strip center and ordered the services on the coupon. When I got ready to pay and use my coupon the owner said I couldn't use the coupon because that was the wrong colored one- mine was red ink and they are now using a blue ink one suppossedly. There is no expiration date on it and I received the coupon in May 2011. The savings would have been $4 off for a fill in and pedicure but they refused to let me use the discount.. Improvements: They became very rude to me and told me I was receiving very good service and I should just pay full price. Jasmine pretends she is not the owner but likes to say the owner won't let her use the red coupons when SHE is the owner!! All at once, 4 women start talking in Vietamise about me really loudly! It was an aweful experience and I will never be back even though it is very convenient location for me to get my nails done. I don't like dishonesty by the management and I don't think a business should. Other: make people feel uncomfortable for $4!! I get my nails done every 3 weeks for the last 13 years and they will NEVER get my business again! Customer service is key in the nail salon industry! There is a salon on every corner and they can't afford to be rude when there is so much competition in this industry. Pricy and bad service! Not a good combination!.
