Good: Got me in on an emergency quickly in the Depew Office on Transit Rd.. Bad: Dentist that performed the extraction was a jerk!!! Believe his name is Bartos? Glad he knows how I feel for me??? I'm not a whiner, but, to have to tolerate serious pain that is uneccessary, is not what is expected by anyone.. Improvements: Was a patient here under the previous owners and saw it change hands at least twice. Now, under WNY Dental Group, it is terrible. Constant staff turnovers and lack of proffessional service which was once here.. Other: Dentist extracted a broken and infected tooth. After novacaine wore off the pain was considerable. Under no circumstances would he issue a script for any type of pain medication even after a second phone call??? This is unacceptable and very unprofessional. This was my last visit there..
