This is my first house; I've never had to hire any kind of contractor before. Cloud was very professional, kept up with phone calls, answered every question I had and provided references that I could speak with. They also came in with the lowest bid of the three that I obtained. My old roof had a layer of wood shingles and a layer of asphalt on top of that- no existing decking. I chose to have everything torn off and replaced with a radiant barrier decking and a 30 yr asphalt "dimensional" shingle. Their crew showed up on time (early actually, they were working by 8 am) and were willing to answer any additional questions I had as well as show me where there were deteriorated portions of fascia that had to be replaced. I was VERY impressed by their cleanup. I still have not found any debris or even any nails. Cloud sent a representative out to do a final inspection, and I wrote them a check for the full amount. Overall It took them a full day plus 2 hrs the following day to complete the job including cleanup on both days (and with all of the old shake shingles they had to remove it was no small task).
I couldn't be happier with my decision to contract with Cloud. I highly recommend them.
