Plainsman Apartment is located on Magnolia Road, which are several blocks away from downtown Auburn. It is still close to Auburn main campus. The reality agent is not big. It seems that it does not have other realties. They are one-bedroom apartment. Some have furniture, whose price is $330 per month. Furniture is in good condition. Some do not and the price is $310 per month. Those prices both include basic cable and water. So it is still reasonable.
