Review content:
This is a review of the Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism. I had a wonderful experience with one of the new doctors here who was extremely helpful, kind, and informative. However, the reason I am writing the review is because I've never encountered as impatient and condescending a receptionist as I did this afternoon. I'm pretty sure she hung up on me because it was just a few minutes before 5. When I called back the office was closed. Thankfully, I don't have a condition that would merit a return visit, but I'd avoid the office for that young woman alone.
