My information was picked from a contest to receive credit towards a packet. I went in on Tuesday Sept 2nd, 2008 with a 4pm appointment to meet and see what package to select. After my meeting I picked two packages and opened a laser credit account. My first appointment was scheduled for the Sept. 4th so the clinic manager charged the account for that day. After going home it was not the right time for me to get treatment so I called first thing on Sept 3rd and asked that the charges be reversed and the appointment canceled. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks for this to take place due to the process it had to go through being a medical facility. Needless to say after this clinic manager promises that she has done everything possible and has escalate up to every chain possible my account has still not been reimbursed. Aftern numerous escalated calls I have asked for a return call to let me know the status and not once has the office manager called me back. Based on this I would not recommend anyone to go to this clinic as if there were a real medical issue or a product needing reimbursement you will never get resolution!
