My experience with this hospital was somewhat out of the ordinary. I had to fly out two days after the first snow storm this past winter and did not have ANY of my dogs papers ( the previous owners assured me that all of her shots were up to date but never sent me the papers or gave the vet's name) and I needed those to fly with her. I called and they told me I could come in. The waiting room was FULL, I was surprised because the streets were still snowy but they still managed to call my name not even 10 minutes after I got there. The vet who saw us Jennifer, was AMAZING, the dog behaved throughout the whole visit, mind you my dog has trust issues and is scared of most people. I am a first time dog owner so I was naturally nervous, but Jennifer was very patient and answered every question I had. I think our whole visit was 30 minutes ( my dog is 4.6 lbs) shots and nail trimming included. I even had to call back and ask how much Benadryl I should give the dog for the flight and they were courteous over the phone. I am sad now that I am moving and have to find a new vet closer to my location.
