STAY AWAY! Just because they use the Aveda name does not mean they are quality. That's what I assumed & my long beautiful hair got butchered! I asked for a 1/2" trim to get me by the rest of the summer & ended up losing up to 4 inches in some places. It was uneven on the sides, she totally changed the shape of the back making it a V & none of it wasn't straight, I had pieces of hair sticking out all over the place. You know when you are trying to fix it yourself in the bathroom when you get home, it is BAD. Besides the trauma of a horrible cut, and having to pay 2x to get it fixed somewhere else, they women were horrendously RUDE and even mocking when I called to ask for a refund, putting me on speakerphone & laughing about it like it was high school instead of a BUSINESS.
