By the way, I appreciate your quick response and excellent service through everything that has transpired. Ashley in the leasing office was amazing when showing me an apartment for a possible transfer. She has excellent customer service skills and was delightful. Cindy Smith has been so helpful and considerate. She goes out of her way to always make me feel welcomed when I visit the leasing office. I can tell that keeping her residents happy and comfortable are very important to her.
What started out as a frustrating situation for me with the flood was turned around completely. I attribute that the great service provided by you, Cindy Smith and Ashley as well. You guys are the epitome of a team working well together to turn things around into a positive light. That is the true essence of a great management team.
