We had a lease on an apartment with this company. The apartment was at 1204 N. Pine Street and looked decent when we first toured it. However, upon inspection, we found that the stove had not been moved away from the cabinets in a very long time. There was 1/2 inch of old grease between the stove and the cabinet, when I opened the stove top I saw dried food and dead roaches. Behind the stove were two holes in the concrete walls stuffed with Walmart bags. A live black widow spider was found by the baseboard heater and the roaches were so thick that they had left black trails on the walls of the apartment in the mortar gaps between the cinder blocks. They charged us 1/2 month's rent to terminate our lease after we had had possession for less than 24 hours and had spent 4 hours trying to clean. I would certainly be VERY cautious if I were renting in Rolla from anyone. Move the appliances and check for cleanliness!!!
