I have brought 5 pets here over more than a decade and here is what I can say with great confidence about Friendship Animal Hospital: Use this vet ONLY for 24hr emergency care if you do not have another 24hr option. Otherwise, be prepared to get "destroyed" with some of the highest rates for basically everything. Expect the service level to be profit motivated... ie. no calling in for refills without a face-to-face visit. Doctors also regularly over-prescribe tests, x-rays & overnight stays with little regard to reasonableness or cost. There are some nice people here, but the general practice, policies and prices that they are constrained by prevent them from running anything more than conveniently located emergency care.
