Mind Over Muscles has been around a long time. I go in usually mid-afternoon lunchtime. Its the only place I trust. Usually I just walked in but now they are by appointment only which isnt my thing but I joined the membership for 50- and love it! Just a one time fee I get killer rates and MEMBERS only can walk -in without an appointment and so much more. I've tried massage evny and they were ok,no frills nothing like a spa plus they tried to sucker me into the $99 a month membership. I dont like monthly memberships-and Ill be honest guys-Mind Over Muscles is a spa ambience Massage Envy envy's! Nothing aginst them but been loyal for over 10 years greeted and treated like a king. maybe because they know me. But it rocks guys....safest in OC!
