Review content:
I have never in my life written a bad review about any business before, but I feel it is my duty to let all pet lovers know the truth about the ASPCA. My dog needed an emergency treatment on his neck which was getting worse by the minute, and was a life and death matter. I made an appointment to get a surgery and when I arrived I was told that the appointment was only to discuss the issues with the doctor who charged $130 for 3 minutes of his "oh so precious time". Furthermore my dog after 7 hour in the hospital had absolutely no treatment done because they felt it wasn't so important. Meanwhile they had already charged me $400 prior to anything. I heard nothing from them all day till I finally called myself and asked what the status of my dog was and they told me that nothing was done yet but will be done right now. My dog was sedated. Just minutes after sedation I received a phone call from the hospital stating that they would be closing at 7 and that the dog had to be picked up at 6 since that was the last call, only 40 minute notice. When I tried explaining to the lady that I will not be able to make it on time she basically told me she didn't care, and it had to be done regardless of what I say and then hung up on me. They are narcissist.
