I like this store simply because it has a huge supply of bulk items and all most always has all letters in stock for it's bulk bins. It is a bit more expensive then some other local scrapbook stores, but when it comes to embellishments, especially letters, I tend to buy here. it also has a great fiber selection. their paper selections are good, one great plus is that they tend to carry every item from a line. The staff is helpful, very casual, and likes to joke around. the store does have a low ceiling and is slightly dark, and slightly disorganized. It took a couple trips to it for me to really feel comfortable with the layout. One down side is that they tend to talk badly (very loudly and freely) about their local competitors, not good business in my opinion.
