I made an appointment with Margaret after reading the reviews on CitySearch. I have very curly, thick hair and thought she would do a great job with it. I was a little disappointed. She did take the time to talk to me about what I wanted but when it came time to actually cut my hair she wasn't that great. My hair doesn't look any different than when I went in there and I specifically asked for layers. I also told her i wanted it thinned out a lot but it doesn't seem like she did that very well either. She was very friendly, the whole staff was nice but in terms of the actual haircut I am definitely not impressed and do not plan to return. They did call after my appointment but they left a voicemail and I didn't really feel like calling back to express my thoughts.
