Businiess name:  West Coast Enterprises

Review content:
The Beam vacuum system works well (that is the reason for the one star). The problem is West Coast Enterprises. They said that they would trim out after painting and we basically had to beg them to come back out again. This was after we paid them of course. I was okay once that was done but then a year later we had some minor issues. They said they would "come take a look" instead - they sent out a 3rd party vacuum contractor that fixed all the problems (due to the original installation) but of course charged us. I couldn't blame the 3rd party person, he did a great job but we were basically tricked to think that the original company was coming out for a warranty visit and instead they sent a different company. We didn't even know it was another company until they finished the work. West Coast eventually returned my call and said that it was not their responsibility even though the person they sent out said it was there bad installation. This was the first time I ever filed a complaint with BBB and that was kind of a joke as well. They just showed BBB that we were out of warranty but the whole point was that we didn't authorize this service call and they never even acknowledge that there would not have been a problem if they would have installed the product correctly in the beginning. So in short - they might have a good BBB record but that does not mean they are honest and there are too many other good companies to bother with this one. Please do not use them!
