Review content:
When reading this review, keep in mind that I'm almost 40, and married :) There are actually two Rumjungles. There is the Saturday night Rumjungle and the Rumjungle I really dug which was the Thurs & Fri night one. What's the dif? Well, Thursday night was a really mixed crowd- 20 somethings to 40 somethings- GREAT crowd, cool vibe, awesome music, great bartenders... fun, fun, fun. Then came Saturday night... mainly 20 somethings, or the "need-to-be-seens", lots of ill-manered dudes, a shortage of ladies... alot like an MTV video. The Rumjungle is defenitely a cool spot, great music, cool decor, solid bartenders. I would defenitely recommend it, ESPECIALLY if you are a Mandalay Bay guest... ( no waiting on lines). Remember though, guest or not, it's still $20.00 to get in after I think 9:00 PM. So if you're not sure you'll enjoy it, check it out prior to that.
Pros: music, decor
Cons: rough crowd Sat night, $20 cover
