Businiess name:  Party Party
Review by:  Jill B.
Review content:
I love party stores. I hated this one. Not because of the merchandise; no, the merchandise was quite alright and very interesting. The worker however (whether it was the owner or just a hired employee I do not know) had such a rotten attitude. This is a party store so naturally they have costumes, including hats. I'm a hat freak. I admit it. And who buys hats without trying them on? Not I! They have a mirror provided and everything. So I start trying on hats that catch my eye. Soon enough the employee came over with a sour look on her face and told me that I wasn't allowed to try on hats. Perhaps it was because I was a young teenager at that time, but that was enough information for me to know that I will never go back there again. If you treat young customers badly, they will not ever return as an older customer when they have more money. So many businesses do not understand this concept.
