Review content:
The first time I went to Urban Waxx was when Shannon had her own studio. This was back in May of 2007. She did some work for me a couple days before I left for Hawaii and have raved about her ever since. When the new location was open I started seeing Brooke for brazillians and have gone ever since (well, maybe not since I've been needing to cancel and reschedule because of my crazy schedule). The staff is great and very understanding whenever I need to reschedule. At other salons, I get nothing but a poor, snotty attitude when this happens but not at Urban Waxx. Brooke does such a great job and easy to talk to. I usually make my appointments on Fridays right after work so the glass of wine is such a nice touch and great way to start the weekend. It's also very easy for me to drive down there since it's about a 15 minute drive from my work. The only con? The parking. I'm terrible at parallel parking but I don't blame it on the staff at all but on my own inabilities to drive a car right... But I recommend this place to any and everyone!
Pros: wine, service, appointments always on time, EVERYTHING
Cons: parking (but this doesn't interfere with the service you get!!!)
