I have have been to some of the best salons in the country but I have never encountered a more attentive and helpful group of employees!
My sister was looking for a hard-to-find hair product that Unfortunately they no longer carried but instead of telling us that they didn't have the product the girl we talked with recruited a group of 3 stylists to call around Austin to find it.
After calling a dozen places, they couldn't find it so they offered to special order it for my sister. The best and most amazing part was when Samara (one of the stylists) gave us a full bottle of the hair product from her work station for my sister to use until she could obtain a new bottle!
I highly recommend Samara Tate; she was amazingly friendly, kind, and attentive!!
Pros: Very attentive, inexpensive
