Good: The facility is fabulous.. Bad: They all like animals, but like money more. I asked the vet for a prescription for my pet's meds and made the mistake of telling him that I can get them cheaper at my pharmacy. Big mistake. He wrote the script and notated that it could not be filled with a generic brand. The result, of course, was that it cost me more. They are sooooooo greedy.. Improvements: A little compassion for those with a sick pet would go a long way. Their fees are quite high, comparatively speaking. If you decide to use them, you'd better make sure that you have an excellent income. You'll need it!. Other: I read about their love of money. I was also warned by a client in the waiting room on another occasion. I ignored it and it came back to bite me. They're good, but not good enough to overcome their love of money. When you come in their first question is always, "How are you going to pay?".
