I recently purchased a vehicle from your West Henrietta Road location. My daughter and I were promptly greeted by your sales staff, but in particular by Joe Provvidenze. Not only was he knowledgable and helpful, but he made us feel very comfortable with his easy-going, no pressure manner. In turn, Joe introduced us to Anna Moretti and explained our needs to her, offering suggestions of different vehiocles that may be a good fit. Again, we were immedietely at ease with Anna. it felt as if we had met up with old friends. Both Joe and Anna worked so patiently with us that evening and we were able to find a vehicle suitable for my daughter. You are so very fortunate to have Joe and Anne working for your comapny. I would have never imagine buying a car could be so stress and pressure free. I will highly recommend Cortese to anyone in need of a vehicle. and I will definitely be back for my own future care purchases because of Joe and Anna.
