Plumbco located in Van Nuys, California, evolved from good to mediocre to really bad. During his first visit, Mr. Glassman installed a gas line connecting to my washer/dryer. He did a good job. . Months later, I called him after my toilet overflowed & water backed up, in my bathtub. He ran a plumber's snake & extracted wipeys which were dropped in the toilet located in the front house. He also installed a "cheap" faucet which I will not comment on in this post. Mr. Glassman remained at the property for less than 30 minutes. On 12/25/08, the toilet overflowed and water again, backed up into the tub. I called Mr. Glassman who again ran the snake & dredged up a "small" pile of what he said were wipeys. Mr. Glassman charged $150 and finished in less than 20 minutes. The following morning while bathing, brown water poured through the drain. I quickly got out of the shower but saw water rising in the toilet. The water poured over the rim and spread across the bathroom floor and into the ...
