Review content:
I highly recommend Boston Pole Fitness (located in Gold's Gym) as a great way for women of all ages to get fit and build up body strength. Stacy and Wendy, now joined by Alice, Vanessa and Star, are wonderful enthusiastic instructors. They are all so welcoming and friendly. There are several different classes every day and I love the fact that you can just sign up on line and come. I warn you, that one class a day is plenty. You learn to spin, climb, invert, just like the video on their web site. I am impressed by how they make sure that you learn something new in every class no matter the level of your ability. Pole dancing is a fun, total body workout especially as taught at Boston Pole Fitness.
