I had a pretty good experience buying the car through howie he was really nice and not to pressuring. I think they should have been more willing to throw small things in on the house since you are spending 20 grand...some wheel locks are not that expensive would have made me much happier, i know a lot of other dealerships have thrown in much more than that for friends who recently bought cars.
