This Hair Toto is definitely less busy than the one on Route 18 inside Hong Kong Supermarket. I have never had to wait on a weekday so far which is great since time can be so valuable. They start you off by washing your hair which is almost like a head massage. It can definitely get rid of a headache and they wash it for like 5 minutes too. The barber i use is Bendi and he's a very nice guy that gets the job done well. Instead of shaving almost everything, he gets it done skillfully with his scissors. You can tell he he tries really hard to satisfy his customer. After tip I spend about $20 or so.
