Excellent Sales Rep–Jake Nicholson. Highly recommend this location & this particular sales rep. Jake was personal, professional, and extremely knowledge - “Service Excellence Plus”. We were in the market for a mini-van, test drove several vehicles prior, specifically at Carlson Toyota in CR & Honda Buerkle in WBL. At Carlson the rep was not knowledge about the products, at Buerkle extremely pushy, arrognant, borderline rude. The combo of Jake’s expertise, great team at this location overall, & phenomenal product caused us to purchase a 2011 Nissan Quest. We LOVE our choice, and plan on going back to Jake for our next vehicle.
P.S. No we are not related or friends with anyone at this location, just THAT happy to be getting great customer service for a change, rarity now days.
