My wife and I have been eating at Las Brisas in Edmonds since May 2007. Unlike many eating establishments where the quality of food and service deminishes over time, Las Brisas only gets better. The food is outstanding - fresh, tasty and beautifully presented. The service is the best (they have very little turn-over in servers) and the ambience is superb. Alvaro and Saeideh Castilla have done a great job. We highly recommend!
