Review content:
A while ago I wrote a rave review, but my mind has been changed by the last three times I've visited this place. Each time something very unprofessional happened, and at first I thought it was a fluke, but after three times, I can't help but think it's the place itself, mostly the attitude of the people who work there. Firstly, I was getting massaged and I heard the receptionist fighting with a customer -- not just a disagreement, but an actually yelling expletives and threats at each other. Not relaxing at all. Secondly, when I was getting a massage, I heard a very low murmuring. When I opened my eyes, I realized that the massage therapist was talking on her phone while giving me a massage. Thirdly, with a different massage therapist, I noticed that she was only using one hand, so I turned around and saw that while she was massaging me with one hand, she was texting with the other. All of these incidents have made me realize that this place is no longer worth it. I left more stressed than when I had come in. Do not go here. Pros: inexpensive Cons: unprofessionalism
