Review content:
There was an issue over my online gift certificate (someone else used it apparently at their westside location, I was using at the eastside salon... so I guess that means I'm lying when I said I didn't know the name who used it there)... anyway, the manager NEVER came up front to discuss things with me. I left having to leave a credit card number so after they investigated and it was determined I was lying they could charge my card!!!!!! Besides that.... the facial, massage and pedicure weren't that great!
