First of all, lchristi27, just because you were doing the wrong thing with your hair and your stylist objectively gave you a few suggestions, doesn't mean that they have 'horrible customer service. Sorry she was running late, but that happens to all of us.
I use J & J Designs and I have never once seen any of the girls act snobby or rude to anyone! They joke around, yes, but they are not in the least 'snobby'. I doubt that they would color your hair without asking what color you would like!! That is ridiculous. Stylists obviously have to have a license to work, which means they have recieved an education and have experience.
I look forward to every 6th Friday when I know that I can go in and completely relax for the next 2 and a half hours. These girls are the best and I agree with stephanielietzau, I would follow them wherever they went. I have trusted my hair to the owner and her staff for almost 10 years and would never consider them rude or snobby.
I truly know that all of the stylists who work there strive for an exceptional experience for every guest, every time. Maybe you'll have a better experience the second time around.
You choose your own mood, lchristi27, hopefully next time you will choose to see these girls for who they really are instead of expecting it to be horrible.
