Businiess name:  Patrick BMW

Review content:
My cousin purchased a used BMW from Patrick and thought he got a good deal. He was raving about their service so I decided to take my 540i there for its next service and oil change. They did a horrendous job. When they registered me, they were asking why I didn't buy it from Patrick. Then they said it will be thirty minutes but it took almost 2 hours. Then they didn't wash it as they do for all others and I had to wait further. The attendent was like 'oh, I didn't know." It said right there that the service includes car wash with. Then I went home and noticed smoke coming from the engine. I checked...and the person forgot to put the cap back on when he changed the oil! I was so upset I called them and told them how they, supposedly an authorized dealer, could forget this detail? My oil, which they just replaced was spilling on the engine and the smoke was coming from it as it became burning hot. If I didn't check, the oil would have leaked all out, and my engine would have been shot. Did they do anything to make up for it? No, a half assed attempt at an apology and they refilled the oil and wiped the engine. No consideration for my time or inconvenience. Not even a free car wash. And by the way, as I told my cousin, their service was horrible and it was more expensive than my dealer.
