Businiess name:  Value City Department Store

Review content:
Good: The illusion of wonderful merchantdise within the store that gave me idea's for my home when shopping at a competitor store. And the fact they had free popcorn and free refreshing cold beverages.. Bad: I didnt like the service at all. It was more like the employees trying to meet their quota instead of meeting customer need. I dont the deceptive sales ads, which will lead you to believe that you are paying for quality furniture but in essence fake nuts and bolts, fake distructive fabric and fake wood.. Improvements: I wont be back, I really dont care.. Other: I was a dissatisfied customer and the attitude of management at the Bucholzer Store was "oh well". I had to go through hoops and loose my religion to get my hard earned money back..
